539.04 THREATS AND VIOLENCE PROHIBITED.

No person engaged in picketing shall use any threatening, abusive, profane or indecent language or gesture; or have in his possession or in any vehicle under his control, or remain in any vehicle in which there is situated, any weapon, any device for liberating gas or stench, or any intoxicating liquor. (Ord. 74-36. Passed 5-6-74.)
