509.17 VACATING ATHLETIC FIELDS.

(a) No individual, organization or group occupying an athletic field without a permit to do so, shall refuse or fail to vacate such athletic field when requested to by the holder of a valid permit issued by the office of the Director of Recreation.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
