509.15  EMERGENCY CURFEWS.
   (a)   In case of riot, civil disorder or violence, or other emergency in the City, or in any adjacent municipality, the Mayor may order that no person shall loiter or remain about or upon  any public street, park, playground, public school property, public library property or any other publicly owned property in the City between the hours designated in the order.  Such order may be applicable to the entire City or any designated portion thereof as the Mayor shall determine for the safety and welfare of the people and property, both public and private.  No person having knowledge of an order issued hereunder shall violate such order.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
