§ 31.05 TERMS; ELECTION.
   (A)   All terms of office for Mayor, Council member(s) and Town Judge shall be for four years.

   (B)   An election shall be held on the first Monday of April every two years on the odd numbered years; at which time three Council member(s) shall be elected for a four-year term.
