§ 110.03 APPLICATION; LOCATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Prior to the issuance of a license as herein provided, the applicant shall file with the Town Treasurer an application in writing, signed by the applicant, and directed to the Council, which application shall specify the location by street and number of the premises where the business is to be carried on under the license applied for, the names of the person or persons conducting the business, of the same if a partnership and, if the same is a fraternal order, such fact must therein be set forth. The application must be accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the applicant has the licenses, as herein provided for. The application must be accompanied with the license fee in § 110.02 of this chapter specified for the business applied for.
      (2)   Upon the filing of the application prescribed herein, accompanied by the evidence required and upon payment of the required license fee, the Treasurer shall issue and deliver to the applicant a license to carry on the business of which the applicant owns and holds a subsisting license issued to such applicant for such business appropriate index thereof, which shall show the date filed, the name of the applicant and character and location of the business and an appropriate file number, if any, by which said application and accompanying documents, if any, may be found.

   (B)   (1)   Alcoholic beverages, except sales of beer and/or wine in the original package for off-sale consumption, may be sold only at the following described addresses situated within the town:
         (a)   Hotel Albert Lounge and Casino: 419 South Ellery Avenue;
         (b)   Powder Keg: 402 West Ninth Street;
         (c)   Waterhole #3: 416 South Ellery Avenue;
         (d)   Double Barrel Saloon and Casino: 401 South Ellery Avenue; and
         (e)   Gold Rush Casino & Liquor Store: 504 South Ellery Avenue.
      (2)   This division (B) in no way restricts the sales of beer, table wine or both in the original package for off-premises consumption.
