§ 110.02 LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   Licenses may be issued to qualified applicants, as herein provided, whereby the licensees shall be authorized and permitted to sell alcoholic beverages at retail in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter. Qualified applicants shall include persons, hotels, clubs and fraternal organizations.
   (B)   Each licensee under the provisions of this subchapter shall pay an annual license fee in the sum of $100 for a beer and wine license or an annual license fee in the sum of $200 for an all beverage license, payable in full on or before June 30 of each year.
   (C)   Where a license hereunder is issued for a period commencing subsequent to the first of the current year, a pro rata charge will be made therefor, but nothing herein contained shall be construed to entitle any license hereunder to any refund of any portion of the license fee in the event of the discontinuing of such business, or the suspension or revocation of his or her license; except that, he or she shall be entitled to a pro rata refund in the event that his or her business is discontinued by virtue of said State Alcoholic Beverage Code being, by referendum petition, rendered inoperative and awaiting such time as it may be passed upon at an election.
   (D)   The license fees herein provided for are exclusive of and in addition to other license fees chargeable in the town for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
