The Fire Inspector shall designate as fire zones those areas described in Section 353.01 which are necessary to provide access for fire-fighting equipment and apparatus and other public safety and emergency vehicles in case of fire, explosion or other emergency. The Fire Inspector shall give written notice of the designation of fire zones by certified mail to each owner of property in the areas enumerated in Section 353.01 and such notice shall direct the owner and the person having charge of such property to post signs and establish such other markings as the Fire Inspector may believe necessary to designate such zones clearly and distinctly pursuant to Section 353.03.
