1126.06 CONFLICTS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair Section 1125.06, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. Wherever this Chapter and/or Section 1125.06 or any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction, conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail. (Ord. 1998-119.
