935.01 DEFINITIONS.

“Park” means the lands included in the Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park operated by the Lake Metroparks, the Fairport Harbor Orchard Street Playground, the Fairport Harbor Veterans’ Memorial Park, the Fairport Harbor Skatepark and the Grand River Landing.
