§ 30.22  MOTIONS HAVING PRECEDENCE.
   When a question is under consideration, no motion shall be received except as follows: to lay on the table; to postpone to a time certain; to postpone indefinitely; to refer to a committee; to amend or to divide. Motions for any of those purposes shall have precedence in the order named.
