§ 30.17  AGENDA.
   All reports, communications, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, documents or other matters to be submitted to the Board shall be delivered or submitted to the Manager at least 11 days prior to its meeting. The Manager shall arrange a list of matters according to the order of business and furnish each member of the Board and the Town Attorney with a copy of same prior to the Board meeting and as far in advance of the meeting as time for preparation will permit.
