505.03 DOG WARDEN.

There is hereby established the office of Dog Warden, who shall be designated by the City Manager and who shall have authority to fulfill the provisions of Section 505.04. No person shall interfere with, hinder, molest or abuse the Dog Warden Officer in the performance of his duties.
