(a) See Section 101.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(b) Any person who violates Section 905.01 shall, upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense, at the discretion of the Court. Each day that a violation continues after notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
(c) Any person who violates Section 905.12 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense, at the discretion of the Court. Each day that a violation continues after notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
