680.01   DEFINITION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY NUISANCE.
   The following activities occurring on any real property in the City of Fairlawn, for which a criminal affidavit has been issued, are hereby declared to be public nuisances, regardless of whether such activities were engaged in by an owner, occupant, or invitee:
   (a)   Animal Offenses under Chapter 618 of Fairlawn Codified Ordinances and similar statutes of the State of Ohio.
   (b)   Peace Disturbance Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2917.01, 2917.02, and 2917.04 or as defined by Sections 648.01, 648.04, and 648.11 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (c)   Drug Abuse Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2925.01(G) or by Section 624.01 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances, except for a minor drug possession offense, as defined by Section 624.01 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (d)   Gambling Offenses, as defined by Chapter 630 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (e)   Alcohol Offenses, as defined by Section 612.02 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (f)   Sex Related Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2907 or by Chapter 666 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (g)   Homicide and Assault Offenses, as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 2903 or by Chapter 636 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (h)   Weapons and Explosives Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2923.11 through 2923.211 or as defined by Chapter 672 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (i)   Noise Offenses, as defined by Sections 648.05 and 648.051 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (j)   Domestic Violence Offenses, as defined by Section 636.17 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (k)   Any other Offense of violence, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2901.01(A)(9).
   (l)   Criminal Trespass or Aggravated Trespass Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2911.23 and 2911.211 and Section 642.12 and 642.125 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (m)   Criminal Damaging or Endangering of Property Offenses, as defined by Ohio R.C. 2909.06 and Section 642.10 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (n)   Arson and Related Offenses, as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 2909 and Chapter 642 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (o)   Any violations of Chapters 674 and 676 of the Fairlawn Codified Ordinances.
   (p)   Any other criminal offense that threatens the health, safety, or welfare of the neighborhood or unreasonably interferes with the right of the residents of the City of Fairlawn to the peaceful enjoyment of their neighborhoods.
   (q)   Any activity engaged in by a person under eighteen (18) years of age which would constitute a violation of an offense listed in this section if committed by an adult.
