1440.03 CERTIFICATIONS.

(a) Individuals appointed to the positions of Commissioner of Zoning, Housing and Residential Chief Building Official and Deputy Inspector and Residential Building Inspector shall possess the Certifications required by the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) and such other certifications and qualifications required by the Mayor.
