1042.03 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

(a) A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Post Construction Long Term Maintenance Agreement (LTMA) as required by Part III of the CGP shall be developed for the subject site, including all necessary erosion and sediment control measures and appropriate post-construction storm water management practices. In addition, the owner must submit a Notice of Intent to the Ohio EPA for coverage under the CGP.
