1042.02 RELATED ACTIVITIES.

(a) Construction activities disturbing one or more acres of total land, as identified and exempted by Part 1.B of the OEPA's NPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activities (CGP), Permit No. OHC000005 and successors, shall comply with this chapter. The legal owner of a property containing the said construction activities shall be responsible for compliance.
