678.07 ABATEMENT BY THE CITY AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.

(a) If the owner or other persons named herein who are in charge of such lands fails to comply within five days from the date of receipt of the certified mail service or other notice, whichever is earlier, the Service Director shall cause the dangerous tree or nuisance tree or part thereof or any nuisance firewood to be removed.
