In the event that notice is returned undelivered or delivery is refused then notice may be given by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation within the City or posted on the subject property at the discretion of the Service Director. This notice shall also contain the date of posting, the location of the property and direct that said tree or part thereof or said firewood must be cut and/or removed within five days after receipt or posting of such notice whichever is earlier.
