(a) The Division of Parks and Recreation shall be composed of the following unclassified personnel:
(1) Director
(2) Part-time Assistant Director
(3) Naturalist
(4) Two (2) Part-time Park Supervisors
(5) Eight (8) Part-time Recreation Leader
(6) Part-time Naturalist Assistant
(b) The actual number of employees in the Division shall be as determined by the Director of the Division, subject to the appropriation of funds by Council for compensation and further subject to the powers of the Mayor as set forth in Section 3.05C of the City Charter.
(c) The duties of the employees in the Division shall specifically be those assigned to them by the Director of the Division, who will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all employees in the Division.
