(a) There is hereby established the position of Compactor Monitor in the unclassified service of the City, in such numbers as Council determines.
(b) The compensation for such position shall be determined by Council.
(c) The Compactor Monitors shall work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Safety/Public Service or his or her designee and shall perform such duties as determined by the Director.
(d) Such position shall remain until further ordinance of Council.
