242.04 UTILITIES COMMISSIONER.

(a) The position of Utilities Commissioner shall be within the Department of Public Service and may be held in conjunction with another title and/or position within the Department of Public Service as determined by the Mayor.

(b) In addition to the duties prescribed by Ordinance, the Utilities Commissioner shall perform such additional duties as prescribed by the Service Director.
