242.03 STREET COMMISSIONER.

(a) The position of Street Commissioner shall be within the Department of Public Service and may be held in conjunction with another title and/or position within the Department of Public Service as determined by the Mayor.

(b) The duties of the Street Commissioner shall be those as outlined in the Fairlawn City Charter Section 9.04 and those additional duties as prescribed by the Mayor.
