1032.02 USE OF OTHER MATERIALS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall install, place or plant any other materials, including trees, plants, shrubs or evergreens, along the streets of this City, except in conformity with Section 1032.01 and except where alternate materials are approved by the City Tree Board.
