(a) Grass turf is hereby declared to be the only material to be used within public right-of- ways or City of Fairlawn easements in accordance with the current City of Fairlawn Construction Standards except as otherwise provided in this section.
(b) The Master Street Tree Planting Plan for Fairlawn, Ohio, dated April 2013 as prepared by Davey Resource Group, is adopted, and may be amended from time to time as deemed necessary by the City Tree Board.

(c) Owners, lessees, or occupants of property along and adjacent to the streets of the City may only plant trees in accordance with the Master Street Tree Planting Plan.
(d) A copy of the Master Street Tree Planting Plan shall at all times be kept on file with the Clerk of Council and made available on the City website for review by the public. (Ord. 1976-99. Passed 7-19-76.)
