(a) The following fees are hereby established for the issuance of curb cut and downspout outlet permits:
(1) A permit fee for all curb cut or curb replacement shall be:
(1) 0 to 12 feet | $25.00 |
(2) Over 12 feet to 20 feet | $40.00 |
(3) Over 20 feet | $75.00 |
(2) For a downspout outlet, five dollars ($5.00) per outlet.
