1024.03 DEPOSIT OF EXCAVATED MATERIAL.

(a) In removing pavement or other material from streets, alleys, right-of-ways, sidewalks or public grounds for any purpose, the material excavated must be deposited in such manner as not to interfere or impede traffic, or to cause an inconvenience to the public by obstructing streets, alleys, right- of-ways or sidewalks.
