§ 53.003 RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS; SERVICE NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.

Prior to receiving city electric service, all residential and commercial electric utility customers shall be required to make an electric service non-refundable fee with the City Collector as provided in §§ 36.075 through 36.077.
