§ 36.075 RESIDENTIAL UTILITY SERVICE CONNECTION FEES.
   (A)   Prior to receiving city utility services, a single family residential customer shall pay a service connection fee of $50 for each utility required. For those outside the city limits, the connection fee will be $75 for each utility required.
   (B)   Single family residential customers shall be required to pay the service connection fee whether or not the connection is for a new customer or to reconnect a previously disconnected customer.
   (C)   All service connection fees shall be nonrefundable.
   (D)   A single family residential customer with no unpaid balance shall transfer to another address with no charge.
