The rate for all gas delivered shall be the amount per Mcf computed as the net of the total rate chargeable under the applicable customer companion classification rate less the applicable Trunkline SG-1 raw rate. The charges for gas delivered shall include, but not be limited to, the ordinance companion classification rate which may include facility charge, interruptible natural gas rate, net rate, base rate, operating expense adjustment, gas charge and/or any other applicable charges or credits as the City Council shall provide by ordinance from time to time. Taxes or surcharges will apply as stated in § 52.097.
