In addition to all other charges, the end-user customer shall reimburse the city for any current or retroactive taxes or surcharges which the city may be required to pay or be obligated to collect from the end-user customer in respect of service hereunder. The city will bill the end-user customer monthly or retroactively for any taxes. They shall include but not be limited to the State Gas Revenue Tax and the Gas Research Institute (GRI) surcharge.
