§ 52.004 RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS; SERVICE NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.
   Prior to receiving city gas service, all residential and commercial gas utility customers shall be required to make a service non-refundable fee payment with the City Collector as required by §§ 36.075 through 36.077 of the municipal code.
