§ 36.105 ENFORCEMENT.
   Whenever any person violates any provision of this subchapter, the City Attorney, upon request of the Mayor, shall bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce payment of said tax or to prosecute any violation of any part of this subchapter on behalf of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction.
