§ 36.092 REVOCATION OF LICENSES AND PRIVILEGES.
   (A)   In the event a person, corporation or other business entity pays a fee or charge for a city license or privilege under this code or otherwise with a check payable to the city which is returned unpaid to the city by the bank upon which the check is drawn, the license or privilege granted by city in consideration of the check later returned unpaid shall be null and void immediately upon return of the check unpaid until the amount of the returned check is paid in full to the city, together with the service charge for a returned check provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   The City Collector shall have the duty to notify the appropriate city department granting the license or privilege immediately upon the return of the check tendered in payment of the license or privilege so that the appropriate city personnel may rescind the license or privilege immediately.
