§ 36.076 COMMERCIAL UTILITY CONNECTION FEES.
   (A)   All commercial customers shall pay a connection fee of $150.
   (B)   All commercial customers shall be required to pay the connection fee whether or not the connection is for a new customer or to reconnect a previously disconnected customer.
   (C)   All connection fees shall be nonrefundable.
   (D)   A commercial customer with no unpaid balance shall transfer to another address with no charge.
