§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any firefighter in violation of § 35.08 shall upon conviction be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (C)   Any agent, company, corporation or association willfully violating § 35.14 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 or may be sued in civil action for the recovery of the fine.

   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 35.45 shall be fined not less than $5 and not to exceed $100.

   (E)    Any person violating the provisions of § 35.46 shall be fined not less than $5 and not to exceed $100.

   (F)   Any person violating the provisions of § 35.47 shall be fined not less than $5 and not to exceed $100.

   (G)   Any person violating the provisions of § 35.48 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.

   (H)   Any person found guilty of violating § 35.49 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50.

   (I)   A violation of § 35.50 shall constitute a petty offense punishable by a fine of not more than $500.

   (J)   Any person or entity that violates any of the provisions of § 35.51 shall be fined not less than $75 and not more than $750 for each violation. Any person or entity that violates any of the provisions of § 35.51 shall be liable for the costs of the response as allowed by statute.
