§ 35.48 ILLEGAL TO REMOVE FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT FROM STORAGE.

Any person or persons who shall remove from the place of storage any fire engines, ladders, buckets, hook and ladder wagons or any appliances used in fighting fire, except in case of fire or for the purpose of repairing the same, shall be fined.
