§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of § 132.01 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $250.

   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 132.02 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $100.
