§ 132.02 HUNTING, SHOOTING OR KILLING GAME IN CITY PARKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to hunt, shoot or kill any game in the city parks of the city with any weapon, except that hunters may use shotguns to shoot wild geese at the Fairfield Country Club golf course after being authorized to do so by the Mayor of the city.
   (B)   The Mayor is hereby given the authority to authorize hunters to use a shotgun to kill wild geese at the Fairfield Country Club golf course, when in the Mayor's discretion, the wild geese are causing a nuisance to the Fairfield Country Club golf course, by damaging property and causing a potential risk to human health by leaving excessive fecal matter accumulations on the Fairfield Country Club golf course and by damaging the turf at the Fairfield Country Club golf course, including upon the fairway and putting greens at the Fairfield Country Club golf course. When making such an authorization to hunt, the Mayor shall make this indication known on a form entitled, Authorization to Eliminate Nuisance Wildlife, a copy of such proposed form is attached to Ordinance 19-0122-170 as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by reference as it set forth in full herein. The Mayor shall only make such an authorization if he is shown sufficient and satisfactory proof that the proposed hunter possesses a necessary and valid Illinois Department of Natural Resources Hunting License, and other credentials required to shoot and possess wild geese in the State of Illinois for the proposed time period in the authorization. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized respectively to execute and attest the Authorization to Eliminate Nuisance Wildlife in each and every instance upon which it may become necessary, in the discretion of the Mayor, to do so in the future.
