§ 93.56 OPERATING EMERGENCY HELICOPTER SERVICE.

Notwithstanding anything in this subchapter to the contrary, this subchapter shall not prohibit any helicopter from landing or taking off from the heliport at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital, nor any helicopter from landing or taking off at any other location within the city limits when necessary for emergency purposes.
