The City Council may lease airport real estate for farming, oil and gas operations and other business purposes when in its opinion it is advisable to do so and in compliance with the state and federal regulations. When a lease is permitted all parties involved shall reach an agreement, which shall include the amount of the fee to be charged. The fee shall be paid at the time stipulated by the agreement and paid to the City Collector and applied to the Airport Fund.
