§ 93.27 STORAGE SPACE IN HANGAR; FEES.
   (A)   (1)   Anyone may rent an airplane hangar who owns or co-owns an airworthy aircraft providing space is available. If the aircraft which is stored in the rented hangar is sold, the lessee or lessees of the hangar will have six months to purchase another airworthy aircraft to be stored in the rented hangar. In the even an airworthy aircraft is not stored in a rented hangar within six months after the sale of the stored aircraft, the lessee of the hangar space shall lose that space, and it will be leased to the first person or persons on the waiting list who have an airworthy aircraft for storage in the hangar. Hangar space may not be subleased.
      (2)   The hangar rent fees are hereby established as follows:
         (a)   Hangars 1 and 2: $110/month.
         (b)   Hangars 3, 4, 5, and 6: $100/month.
         (c)   Hangars 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13: $125/month.
         (d)   End storage units - 7 and 10: $62.50/month.
         (e)   Hangars 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 and end storage units 7 and 10 are in the hangar building currently under construction.
   (B)   Anyone may tie down his or her airplanes at the Fairfield Municipal Airport, provided space is available. He or she must pay a fee of $5 per 24-hour period.
   (C)   The single stand alone hangar will no longer be leased to airplane owners and the City of Fairfield will use this building for equipment storage and maintenance operations necessary for the maintenance and operation of the Fairfield Municipal Airport.
