§ 91.056 ENCROACHMENT BY MUNICIPALITY.
   The parkways hereby established shall not be encroached upon by the officers of the city in working the streets and no ditch for any streets of the city shall be cut within the distance of the parkways hereby established, measuring as hereinbefore directed, from the lot line abutting on the streets respectively.
