§ 54.004 RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY; SERVICE NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.
   Prior to receiving city water service, all residential and commercial water utility customers shall be required to make a water service non-refundable fee payment with the City Collector as provided in §§ 36.075 through 36.077.
