921.99 PENALTY.

   No person shall construct, reconstruct, repair, enlarge, change, modify, maintain or use any water or water service or any part of the water system of the City in violation of the provisions of this chapter, or any amendment or supplement thereto adopted by Council, or a bylaw or regulation adopted by the City Manager pursuant to this chapter. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any amendment or supplement thereto, or any bylaw or regulation adopted by the City Manager, shall be deemed guilty of a third degree misdemeanor. Each and every day during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
