921.10 FIRE HYDRANT LEADS.

The lead, watch valve and fire hydrant connected to public water mains shall be considered part of the water distribution system. When new mains are laid, the necessary leads, watch valves and fire hydrants shall be installed concurrently with the mains and paid for in the same manner. (Ord. 111-83. Passed 8-8-83.)
