913.11 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person, corporation or firm shall violate any condition specified under Section 913.04 by the City Manager or his designate, in a driveway approach/curb cut permit. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 97-81. Passed 4-13-81.)
