913.07   CHANGE IN USE.
   In any case in which an application for a building permit or modification to an existing site includes a change in the primary use of the premises, egress/ingress, parking or the footprint of a building, the Planning Director shall review the existing driveway approaches/curb cuts for the premises. The Planning Director or designee may order that an existing driveway approach/curb cut be removed or modified, including, but not limited to, the installation of traffic barriers. No building permit or zoning certificate shall be issued if the plans do not include the removal of or modification to any existing driveway approach/curb cut as ordered by the Planning Director. The Planning Director shall apply professional traffic planning/engineering principles when revising existing driveway approaches/curb cuts under this section and may consult with traffic professionals as the Planning Director determines to be necessary or advisable.
