913.05 CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.

The conditions for the construction of driveway approaches/curb cuts specified by the City Manager, or his designate, under this section shall be provided in writing to the applicant at the time the permit is issued. (Ord. 97-81. Passed 4-13-81.)
