905.04 OBSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES PROHIBITED.

   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall obstruct or cause the obstruction of any gutter, curb, catch basin, storm sewer or other drainage facility with snow, mud, earth, debris or any other substance, material or object.

   (b)   Editor’s Note: Former subsection (b) was repealed by Ordinance 127-03.

   (c)   No person, firm or corporation shall alter or modify any gutter, curb, catch basin, storm sewer or other drainage facility without the written permission of the Public Works Director. This section shall not apply to employees or contractors hired by the City who are engaged in the course of their duties as such employees or contractors of the City.
